The posty has has delivered joy to me today. Wonder if he/she wonders what all the little bubble mailers are.

Normally I don't post here but I about crashed my truck while driving down the dirt road to my place. Got a package today full of coins (GIFT mind you). My mouth totally hit the floor as I went through the pile. To the person who sent me these coins, WOW, absolutely and totally stunned by coins that I was never expecting to get in myu collecting lifetime without having to give a kidney, arm, and leg. Thank you and if I was there, I'd give you a hundred hugs too, lol.

So, I don't usually post in here much either. But, I too arrived home to a TON of packages. Turns out, my sub carriers (had a sub yesterday) don't deliver first class mail.

That's quite a haul TMA! ;) Wow!!! I have never gotten that many coins in one day!

 

Doncha just :D yove :D the Yime, Highland Geofairy! I am lucky enough to have one too and I will never be parted with it. It is a jewel of my collection.

 

Today, thanks to Frozen Buns, I recieved 2 of the beautiful GCC January ROT 13 Bottle Opener coins. Man, are these coins hefty! And purty too! And they each came with 2 pathtags! ;)

I received a package from Groundspeak today. :o It had 4 coins to be listed as a complete Groundspeak set. The coins are the GPS Adventures Maze Minnetrista, a 2005 Lackey, a 2007 Lackey and a Colorado Wherigo geocoin. A pretty nice package and should be a good boost to the TnT Auction fund. Thanks to the folks at Groundspeak. - Robin

Wow, is that the Chippewa Valley coin in the top left? That is nice, I'd like to get one of those? A new one for the list ;) I love coins that use the antiquing technique to show off the details. I used to do some ceramics and I used to use that technique.

Finally got my January 2008 Geocoin club coin.

 

What a nice looking coin.

Yesterday I received a wonderful package...well... three of them!

 

First one that I opened had two very stunning lighthouse sample coins in them.... all I can say about them is WOW!! When Micke saw them he just kept turning them over in his hand and saying "Sweeeeet" over and over again *grinning like a big ol' bird fed cat :) *

 

The next one I ripped into like a kid at Christmas was a great card from Geo.Error in the Netherlands! I got a sunshiny card with a big ol' smily face on it and a great message inside and some swag. The girls snagged the smurfs and my mother-in-law made off with the piggies, she collects them, so perfect items were sent!

 

And finally....Oh Roddy, thank you!

 

Rod spoiled us! Most of you know that we cache with a TomTom One car navigator...well.. not anymore! Rod sent us an eTrex so that we can cache like real geocachers, hehehe, and not amateurs! On top of that wonderful act of generosity, he sent us a handful of coins, including our first trackable pin, a couple of piggy banks - one in pink and one in blue that I'm not sure that I should show the mother-in-law, Roddy's awesome personal coin, last year's Lazy Hayes Days coin, and a couple of other really cool coins!

 

After about a 10 day dry spell of no goodies in the mail for us, yesterday more than made up for it!

Yes, we did, thank you! It's already on Hanna's lanyard with the rest of her pins :D. It appears that she really likes the pins and they get put on her lanyard as soon as they come in the front door :D. I don't know how she can wear it, it's gotten really heavy, hehehe!

 

 

Today I received a special early birthday gift for Caitlyn and I, a sample coin of the Swedish Moose coin, only 2 of them made, so it's quite rare and we are quite pleased! Thank you so much, Motorcycleboi, for thinking of us like this, we absolutely love it! :D !!Cait got really excited, saying "keen keen keen, mamma, keen! Ohhh fin, mamma, fin keen!" I'm gonna have to work with her on saying coin, hehehe, she can't get it out and calles them keens, hehehe! Thanks Hans!

I looked up and saw a picture of v1 and WOW! I live right by the cow and coyote sculpture on it and have to get one of these now :-) Can't seem to track down a pic of v2, any chance you could post? Would *really* appreciate it!
