1 Pierce County WA Geocachers

This is another example of why coins should always be sandwiched between two thin pieces of cardboard taped together. It may be overkill, but even in situations like this, there would be no danger of a coin slipping out. ;)

True Dat!

The mailer is made of very stout cardboard (anti-static floppy disk mailer)

My guess is it was caught in a postal machine and the hole got rubbed into it.

The hole was just small enough that nothing was lost :D

Today the postman brought a beautiful, golden SirGerald/LadyLeAnn coin (my first brush with royalty!), a Kilted Cacher Coin (bigger than I expected!), and a nice surprise - a totally unexpected Groundhog Day 2006 coin which lets me know that good Karma pays well, and what goes around comes around!

Thanks for that nice surprise!
