See Google Earth 48 51 27.69 N 10 12 19.21 E

Jeff / drexotic

That thing is 175' long! I have seen movies that show how radiation can do that. :D

I'm pretty sure it's a termite (or some close relative). I wonder if they scan or photograph the images used for GE ?!? :D

Do I get the bouquet?

PassingWind

I know it's kinda tricky when we didn't log that FTF for four days (bad cachers, bad cachers)...hey we were busy though :) Anyway, well done...that's it! Full credit doesn't include getting the bouquet but Jess's garter is on the way :P

Harmon, I knew it was Kathy. I was guessing who the renowned Geocaching daughter was! :D Robyn is my age and our grad pictures looked a tiny bit different than that one. :D But Kathy's resemblance to Robyn at that age in her life is quite striking. My yearbook is up in the attic somewhere but I'll see what I can scrounge up from days gone by.

Jacksonville, NC in 1962-63......Guess who?! :D All I know is that sometime between 1962 and 1963, the boy's white socks got pulled up higher! :D

Cool hats and a beautiful mother. Is that a GPSr in your hand at that age, or just swag? Navy family I surmise.
Thanks. I'm not sure what I hand in my hand. It looks like a little car or something. My Dad was a Marine. Can't you tell by my haircut? Did you notice our old AMC Rambler in the background? My folks named her Bessy. I actually fell of Bessy when I was 5 years old. I was leaning against the door playing with the latch when my Mom turned a corner and out I flew! :D Luckily my Mom wasn't going very fast and I only skinned up my knees. I got the belt when we got home. :P Edited by TrailGators

*** This Just In *** - Mrs. RocketMan and I are having a great time out in Moab with the SD gang. We did a difficult trail, Poison Spider Mesa yesterday, and we had a blast. We bagged 5 caches, overcame many fun obstacles and took zillions of pictures. I don't have much time to post pics now because we are getting ready to head out on another trail, but here are a couple:

Say Dave, I only see one person inside your Jeep... Did Lisa pull "a Frank" on you? :):D Anyhow, I'm glad you took Lisa to the easier stuff and saved the nastier stuff for when I get there! :):)

Actually, this is the kind of stuff she enjoys (no ledges) but she was the DP (Designated Photogarpher), so you need to take over that position when you arrive. :)

And haha on the easier stuff comment!

Headed to Grand Junction to pick you up now. RM

Eagle Eye Rye took some videos on the digital camera and they came out pretty good. The best ones are Russ and I in the Golden Crack and Russ using his winch to get me up a big ledge where I was planted on my differential.

Who? What? Where? When?

Geeze, we were in Moab for a week and know the answers;

Chuy & Duncan with Gobolts behind the camera. This is the location of our CITO event in Ocotillo Wells on Oct. 21 and our very own stretch of Hwy. 78 to pick up trash on! A couple of nights ago.

Alright Harmon - I asked all of your friends in the group where you got the bunched sock obsession and no one seemed to know anything about it. Unbunched socks were fine by them. <_<

O sure, you asked a flock of birds-of-a-feather. Most of them are from east-county too. Duh.

Harmon!

I have your back...un-bunched socks are just plain wrong!

The only thing worse is socks with sandals or black un-bunched with any kind of shorts.
