+tiki-4 Posted September 26, 2005 Share Posted September 26, 2005 Wonderful idea. GSA Gold Award is the same level as a BSA Eagle Scout. Also, might want one more category for the Venture/Rover program, as most of WOSM has a lot of 15-21 year olds who are in those programs. Glad someone remembered to request inclusion of all facets of Scouting, as BP and the Mrs. created both programs. Council locations, camps, and history also do not violate any of their rules. As long as the requirement is of the arch, sign, or gateway, than anyone could find the waymark without violating any property rules. Europe has as many scout camps as the US, and Asia is catching up fast. Link to comment
