"PBS - NJ Geocoin - Applejack(William Laird)"... Applejack being a purely NJ spirit... invented in Monmouth County in 1698 or so by William Laird, a County Fyfe Scotsman, and ex-Scotch distiller... "Thus upon his arrival to the New World, he employed his expertise by using the most abundant natural resource in the area, apples."
