ju66l3r Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 It may not be practical to walk around the entrance to military installations with a GPSr...or taking photos... But I also am torn by the fact that it's public info. It's not like it's illegal to know where a military installation is.

If you are walking too much near at one of the aerial vigilance squadron of Spain a member will take aim a weapon at your head. And this installation is shown on all kind of maps. I also tought that walking around there carying a GPSr and taking photos for logging a waymark is a bad idea. Edited September 23, 2005 by garri

WH Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 Perhaps the category could be re-done for places that used to be Military installations. I know plenty of places in my area that were once used by the military and are now defunct.
