Sixteen thousand huh?

So what ... maybe 4.5 years? That's only 3,556 per year.

Pick up the pace for cryin' out loud. Start shooting for

3,600 per year. Let's see some action!

Average of 10/day?!?! Insane!!!! Or, as Andrew would say, "Sick!!" :P

 

Thanks for the congrats and motivation to get 3600 a year! We will see what we can do!

OMG! ... they'll do it.

 

Note to Self: Hope they realize that I'm talkin' about their overall average.

After seventy-five years, finally, I'm an

inspiration. Gosh, wish ma was here to see

how I turned out. Now I understand what

all of those beatings were for.

 

Thang was I had t' get'er done quick or else

one of them south-bay weenies would come

up here and start planting new Iron Mountain

caches like rows of corn just t' keep me down.

 

Er, uhm, present company excepted of course.

good t' nod off like that while squatting on

Harmon, ol' buddy? I got to thinkin' today ... and now I'm wondering if there's gonna be a banquet at all. Yeah, I know you did the HoF thing on that mountain n' all. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! But ya see ... when people throw honorees a party, they kinda expect you to be there. Now, the last time I recall you bein' honored for a great accomplishment was at the SMACKDOWN Event ... and apparently that wasn't a good day for you to be out partying. I recall everyone being incredibly bummed that you weren't able to be there. Might I kindly suggest dropping a few SUBTLE hints as to your availability. Ya never know, it might help. Oh, and I almost forgot! You also might want to consider sharing your T-shirt ideas, in terms of design. Imagine if someone got such an important T-shirt all wrong, ya know? Mhmm, throwin' parties is alot of work ... as I'm sure you know very well. You've probably been to ... uh, nevermind.

Thanks mom,

 

Yes, Barrie dear, you are quite right about my failure to show up at the

Smackdown event. That night I was run over by a train and killed so it

was hard to make it to the event. Morning after the accident I felt much

better.

 

So now you are telling me that I'm supposed to put the IMHoF event

together ... setting date and time, designing a T-shirt, and more. Truth

is that I expect a bunch of showoffs wearing white, baggy, disposable

suits and glow sticks will head for the Iron Mountain trails to cast a

shadow over my meager accomplishment; if y' can call it that.

 

Thought maybe I could sneak in an awards-banquet request without

being noticed but forget that now. My theory was if y' ain't askin' y'

ain't gettin'. On the other hand, just watch and see what happens when

somebody completes the Mother of All HoF lists. With my luck that'll be

the night that I get run over by an eighteen-wheeler.

 

Maybe I'll just drive over to the DQ and have a medium-Butterfinger

Blizzard for my celebration. Surely the server will be willing to congratu-

late me if I offer a generous tip.

Congrats to Ramona Retired Snipe & kickbakjack for their 500th finds during the Spring Camp Out. It just so happened to be the same cache as Fossillady's 3000th. How fun is that? Everyone got a FTF.

 

It was a great day spent caching with everyone that was in camp that day. It might have been a warm day but everyone was out having a blast in the desert and the jeeps. :):D:D
