Congratulations to GoBolt for finding Carlsbad Village Historic Walk Cache in 12 minutes. I thought the old record, held by Ncad of 21 minutes was unbeatable! Way to go!

 Hold on a sec...

Its like comparing apples and avacados.

N-cad did all 11 way-points...

I looked at it before leaving home and figured out I only had to do 2 way-points.

However comma 5 of the 12 minutes were waiting for a train to go by.

PS This cache should be walked...I took the shorcut because I just had surgery...I will walk all 11 way-points, with my wife, some time in the near future.

How about for the number of caches they've placed?

Or the number of other cachers they've met?

Or the number of times they've gotten a mysterious rash?

Or the number of times they've taken TT's name in vain?

;):blink::blink:

ACTUALLY, that's when I first came on this site. I had bought a GPS for hubby's birthday in November. Our first actual cache was found on 11/8/03.

I have had two geocaching-related rashes though....... :o

I had it there too. I asked the doctor to relieve the itch but leave the swelling.. :D:o

<_< He didn't make you cough first? :D

But seriously, when any of you do get Poison Oak, get some stuff called "Ivy Dry." It works very well! There is also some stuff you can put on to prevent it (I forgot the name), but most of us wouldn't put that stuff in the spots we have been discussing. :P

Oh man! ;) That'd be a pretty high number for almost all of us! B)B)

I would like to extend my congratulations to HelBobDuo for swearing at me subconsciously for the 423rd consecutive day! A new SD County record!!!

(you said this forum was for congratulating anything right?)
