People, Places, Things, and GAMES:

 

Then we could put stuff in there like "Dash for Cache" and "What's in a name" and "Zippy Roadside Attractions" in there.

 

The major problem I see would be that say as is now the case "Dash for Cache" has a task like "bronze real life statutes" but there is also a sub-category called "Bronze Real Life Statutes" a cacher could log both categories for the same trip.

 

Another problem might arise in that these games are always changing. I don't know the ablity of a category owner to change pages and how it wuld effect frist time waymarkers in their searching, but it could be an impediment.

 

Just a thought on a way to preserve some of the LC's.

Almost seems like most of the GAMES you mention would fit into one of the categories of Places or Things. The only thing I still see adding is maybe Events...(but then again that could technically go under either People or Places).

 

Nope, looks like all the based are covered with those three categories.

We will be providing an events root category once we add some event related features like calendaring and such.

 

I tend to agree that they could fit under the top 3 but it would be interesting to see a debate on the idea.
