Category Proposal: Mountain Summits

One of my main beefs about caching (physical caches) is that it's excluded from Wilderness Areas and National Parks. I like hiking to the tops of summits, and many, if not all, the highest mountains in the U.S. are either in an NP or Wilderness.

 

I propose to do this one of two ways:

 

1. Either by elevation (i.e. over "x" number of feet)

 

2. Or summits with summit registers (I never understood why these were OK but caches weren't).

 

I would want photo documentation as proof (I like pictures of expansive views )

Ummm ... do a search ... there's already an active category for this. I have four summits in the list already.
