Not much to say about the category other than that it won't be much different than mtn-man's Mountain Summits category, except this will deal with waterfalls in natural settings (versus architectural waterfalls).

This only happens if the locationless owner wishes to transfer. I am just logging my interest in managing this if the current owner doesnt wish to carry on.
