There exists locationless cache Sisters (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?pf=&guid=cb8ee4ce-4457-4c2c-b81d-a783c1f20410&decrypt=y&log=&numlogs=). To log this cache, geocacher should find 2 registered sister cities. Then take a picture in one of them (e.g. welcome board) and find a partner, who will log second city.
