To log this cache, geocacher should find 2 registered sister cities. Then take a picture in one of them (e.g. welcome board) and find a partner, who will log second city. I'm ready to log Plymouth, UK - its french sister city is Brest. Anyone helpful to assist me? Please reply this topic, or contact me through my profile (after 29.8.). Thank you!
