Yamahammer
I'm in agreement on this one, whole-heartedly. Link to comment
Pyewacket
This gets my vote, as camping and caching seem to go hand in hand. Log the site, then log a nearby cache. Great for cachers/waymarkers on vacation. Link to comment
Langner91
I like it! Does it need to be free? I can't think of a single place in Illinois or Wisconsin where a person can camp for free legally... Link to comment
Beast of Traal
yes this is a good one but i wouldn't limit it to free camp grounds listing only free campsites would narow it down too much lots of beautyful state parks have campping but still charge a small fee. Link to comment
chaosmanor
Yeah, that "free" thing got me, as well. We *have* camped in California for nothing, but it isn't easy to do unless you are back-packing the High Sierra or in the middle of BLM land in the Mojave (which is where we were, btw). Everything else about this category is a winner, so if the proposer likes the idea of accepting free spots, then let's go for it Link to comment
