Are you still restricted like you are with locationless caches on logging multiple finds of the same waymark?

 

For example, could you log more than one yellow jeep if you saw one in California, and then one in Arizona, or even in a different city in California?

 

I was just looking at the Natioinal Park Cancelation Station waymark and was wondering if this one could be logged more than once by a person? Could two different people log the same waymark?

 

Two weeks ago, I could have logged this particular one three times, since I was in three distinct locations where there was a cancelation station. Is this up to the manager of the waymark, or is this still in flux?
