Just found out I am going to the Bears 49ers game Nov. 13th. We will be in town staying in Lake Bluff.

 

Help me out in finding caches in Lake Bluff and are there any down by Soldier field?

 

If you want just give me a waypoint for a cache in lake Bluff and a cache near Soldier Field and I will go from there.

The LSBT series is one that goes up and down the lakefront on the bike trail that "hugs" the lake. Within 1 or 2 miles either direction of the cache mentione are 3 to 4 more (each direction). If you want to get adventureous, you could rent a bike at Navy Pier and do the whole series or a good porion of it.

 

Do a search on N 41 51.897 w 087 37.115 (What used to be Soldier Field) and you will find about ten or 15 within 2 miles of there, including 2 or 3 virtuals at Chicago landmarks (Sears Tower, Water Tower, The Bean, etc.)

What is the zip code for Lake Bluff?

 

We have never been to our fiends house ther so what type of town is this? Real nice and high class of people or is this the other? Just want to know how much we will have to be watching over ou back when caching so we don't get mugged.

Although I live well south of Lake Bluff, I believe it is a very nice area. Lake County has a large number of parks, so there should be lots of caches to choose from. GCE6BD- INCIDENT AT ROUNDOUT is west of Lake Bluff itself but could be a good starting point. By the way, the zip code for Lake Bluff is 60044.
