+joefrog Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 CSI: Miami last night had a lot of GPS usage. And yep, there was some caching! The container contained a few million dollars, and someone was trying to get away with it... Quote

+omegabane Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 I know there is at least one movie currently being written that has geocaching as a central element. Sounds like a pretty silly movie, though - I think someone is trying to chase down his girlfriend's beany baby TB that's going around the world. Hmm... I can think of so many better stories to tell, as I'm sure you all could as well. Quote
+ATMS Posted July 19, 2005 Posted July 19, 2005 That would probably be a really short movie. From all the MIA travel bug stories I've seen, the trail will go dead cold somewhere! Quote

+Yamahammer Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 In the movie, Day After Tomorrow, they use a GPS. One of the Quaid guys stars in it. Quote
