Logging Finds

I am getting a number of visitors to my caches who are writing in the log books but not recording their finds on the cache pages in Geocaching.com

Is this common

I suspect most caches would get one or two like this - some people like to play the game but can't be bothered or have their own reasons for not logging the find on the website. Shame really: I get quite a buzz when my caches get logged

 

There are a number that would find it while on holiday - especially rural ones like yours - then either not log until end of holidays or not remember the cache id to log it at a later date.

 

There might also be the odd muggle or two who find the cache, write a note but never go all the way to create an account on geocaching.com to log their find.

 

Expect a few but not many.
