+TheWilkens
Okay, I admit it. I have too much time on my hands. Here we have a White jeep, 20inch mag wheels, sport bucket seats, a thumping sound system and of course working headlights. Quote Link to comment

+Will+Bill
Does it have a working sound system? Quote Link to comment
+KC0GRN
I could do that. If only I could get a jeep for a week or so to work on it. Any takers? Quote Link to comment
+TheWilkens
how did you do that?? thats cool With the assistance of a Dremel I just hollowed out enough of the inside structure to fit two decent size batteries, drilled out the headlights, soldered the LEDs to the battery with switch wires coming out of the back (you can see them in the photo). Ripped the old seats out and cannibalized a $6 toy car from Wal-Mart to get all the upgrades There's no sign of work on the underside of the jeep either so it looks pretty nice. I have to go get a life now, seeya Quote Link to comment
+WYlostinMA
Wilkens, Don't get a life, just spend then next four months, collecting and customizing the new white jeeps, they are cool.... Quote Link to comment
+Mopar
Too cool Keith! A way better customizing job then was done on this WJTB. Quote Link to comment
+LadeBear68
Was it really an "accident"? Quote Link to comment
+WYlostinMA
I hope this was an accident. Quote Link to comment
+KC0GRN
Maybe Jeep out to host a contest for modifications to a jeep travelbug. That'd be interesting. Quote Link to comment

SCP-173
I think a Jeep is the wrong kind of vehicle for the mods you're planning on doing. Still sounds cool, though. Quote Link to comment

You don't own them, I'd be upset if someone changed my TB without asking. Go buy a TB tag and a jeep from wallyworld if you feel the need to mod a bug. Quote Link to comment
+Mach 5
Cool mods, it will make a good contest picture. But, how bout you release that jeep for its intended purpose, travel? Quote Link to comment
+mcl143
Sounds like the same conversation we are having in this Thread. Quote Link to comment

Last year the owner made comment that he kinda liked the mods that were done on jeeps. I'll see if I can find the quote. Quote Link to comment
