+FlyinErin Posted June 14, 2005 Posted June 14, 2005 I'm a relatively new addcit to geocaching and have recently learned that I no longer have to traipse through the woods with reams of printed out hides. I have an iBook G4, a Tungsten e PDA and a Garmin Rhino 110. Today I downloaded Mac SimpleGPS and MacCMConvert to help me in my quest to go paperless with my PDA. After one successful GPX download attempt, I inadvertantly mucked it up. Somehow I followed the directions on this page: http://www.apple.com/applescript/uiscripting/01.html I'm not sure what I did to mess things up, but now I get the following error each time I try to convert and add another waypoint: The variable scriptOut is not defined. (-2753) Does anyone know what I did to cause this problem, and better yet, how to fix it? I'm also looking for a few simple instructions on the most efficient way to get future cache sites into my iBook as GPX files, and then into my PDA and Rhino 110. Thanks for the help! I'm sure grateful.... Quote
