+Chillibusher Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 just trying to get my foot in the door here. i would like 3 if it is not to late. please let me know what i need to do to order them. thanks, culp686. Not to late at all. You have just come at the start. We are just testing the waters to see what kind of interest and what kind of numbers we are looking at for a mint run. No details have been finalized and no orders are being taken yet. We will start a new thread for design and ordering when the time is right. Looks like we are getting a good amount of interest so far.
LoriDarlin Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 Put me down for 10 coins please and thank you!!!
+Deneye Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 But there are always new collectors coming into it all the time, right? There might not be any initial demand in the months immediately following the issuance of the collectible, but a year or two down the road, you'll start seeing new collectors who would love to get their hands on the coin. True. Ok, you've sold me.
tubby and Posted June 15, 2005 Posted June 15, 2005 i'd probably grab 3 or so, depending on the design. (Is there any word on when, and who would be the distributer?)
QuigleyJones Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 Pressed Metal Products was the choice and I doubt anything will happen this month.

+vds Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 Sure, I'd be interested. Liked the urban cache I found in Vancouver when I was up that way quite a while back. Toss in some Tim Horton's coffee and I might even drive up from Seattle to pick'em up
+Buzzle Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Hey i think it's a great idea!! I'd by a half dozen to take on vacation outside of the province. Darn I coulda dropped one in Nassau BUZZLE

+Half-Canadian Posted June 21, 2005 Author Posted June 21, 2005 I would say that there is enough interest. Any futher news on this topic? We'll get a small group together to start preparing a design, and once we have something ready we'll start a new thread. There's a lot of people on holidays or getting ready to go on holidays right now so it may take a little while to get things rolling.
+MO Outdoorfamily Posted June 25, 2005 Posted June 25, 2005 I'd like to be in for 3 to 5 depending on final price.
+Shop99er Posted June 26, 2005 Posted June 26, 2005 So, which thread should we be watching? This one, or the one in the Northwest Forum?

+Awesome One & Mrs. Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 We would be interested in buying a dozen to start. They would make great first to finds
+Pattycat Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 I have several different Geocoins and I would definitely be interested in purchasing these ones if they come available. I not only keep one for myself but I put them in caches for a special gift and give them away as prizes at the event caches I organize. I think it's a great idea to have a BC Coin made specifically from BC and I believe there would be a great interest from all over the world to not only see one but to purchase some. Thanks. Pattycat
+Stuck on WGS84 Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 I would definitely be interested in 5 coins, particularly if they are as beautiful as BC.
+Buttons. Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 I would also be interested in a half dozen coins. These would be great to have around here, as we have a few cachers that have either lived in BC or have visited. So I 'm thinking these would be great for gift giving.
+Palm Grunt Posted July 25, 2005 Posted July 25, 2005 Count me in for two coins when the details are final. Palm Grunt
+8 Muddy Feet Posted July 25, 2005 Posted July 25, 2005 We would be interested in several coins depending on cost. Just let us know via email or forum where and when!
