Uk Tb Mission Photos

On a more positive note to my last thread about photos of travel bugs, how about we share our own favourite photos of where we have helped a TB on its' mission or just taken a photo for the heck of it?

This is Yogi, who wanted to be taken to National Parks:

This is Blue Boy TB by the Blue Boy statue in Princesshay, Exeter. This entire area of Exeter is now being demolished to make way for another shopping centre.

and this is Snerdbe's Ferrari (love Ferraris!):

Cindy wanted to go to Buckingham Palace.

So first we approached it from the air.

Then we drew up in a horse drawn carriage.

Then we posed in front of the palace.

Then we tried to get through the bars

This was the day after the Batman on the balcony. At this point the police started walking quickly towards me and I beat a hasty retreat.

So. Alibags. Which one is you? :o

The one with the trunk! Alternatively, the one safely hiding behind the camera. This forum is not ready for pics of me in shorts. If you want to see me with the heffalump, go to the TB page!

We spotted the RJ Mitchell TB in a cache in the Lakes when planning a trip. (The designer of the Spitfire)

Its mission is to visit airfields but didn't think it would mind a detour to see his birthplace - a very ordinary 2 up 2 down near Stoke...

I have only had one TB pass through my hands at the moment, but I played the game :)

I picked up Cap'n Wee Eck who "loves being close to the water and has bet his 2 old sea-mates (Cap'n Wullie & Cap'n Fat Bob) that he can be photographed at more water locations than either of them (Sea / Lakes / Rivers / Reservoirs etc all count)"

I took him to the Portishead Marina near Bristol:

but managed to score a double hit for him by sitting him near my fish tank in his brief visit to my home :)

It's crazy really, isn't it? :)

Got to say I love the India & Florida TB adventures above, very imaginative :)
