Font Colors?

This is such a dumb question, I feel silly asking it.

 

I like to use HTML to format my cache pages, but I'm only self-taught. I want to do only some text in the color 00FF99. What is the HTML code to get, say, just a sentence in that color?

 

Thanks for any help. I'm not finding the tags in my books or on the web.
