  2. If you plan to do geocaching in Japan, but without GPS. Don't give up! There is Shikinejima Island, a treasure island for geocachers, which is a part of Tokyo, Japan. The island officially admits Geocaching as one of tourism activities. You can borrow GPS (Garmin Venture HCX) for free if you go for Geocaching. For details, please click for the information site. http://geoland.web.fc2.com/index.html
  3. TOSY has some documentation for our Japanese friends. The link will take you to his blog, which is where the documentation is stored. http://tosygeocaching.blog117.fc2.com/blog-entry-56.html The complete list can be found in his forum entry: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php...t&p=3383360 This is part of the following topic: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php...p;#entry3383590 Thank you, TOSY.
  4. I think I get it. Something like Fictional Character 1 says there are no caches in Fictional Park A. If you research that area and find a cache listed in that park, then Fictional Character 1 is a liar. If there aren't any, you can't be sure he is always honest, but on that question Fictional Character 1 is telling the truth. Fictional Character 2 says GCXXXX is a fun multi cache that he recommends everyone give a try. If you pull up GCxxxx and it is a regular cache, then FC2 is a liar, and so on and so on. Sounds like a great idea for a cache. Of course, I would reiterate Keystone's caution to speak to the cache owners first to be sure they were ok with it and gof's recommendation to speak with your local reviewer. In fact, having good communication with your local reviewer is always best practice.
  5. We played the cartridge. The result was successful. Please see the report. http://tosygeocaching.blog117.fc2.com/blog-entry-50.html Some points of improvement, we felt the following during cache searching. The hardware: - iPAQ rx5965 - HTC cell phone and GPS receiver connected with Blue tooth (It is prepared by YONEYAMA) - I wanted to see the map during walking. But, we can't see any message when the cartridge run in background. If it pop even in background it will be better. - The cartridge didn't start when the GPS signal was week inside of the building. It shows like GPS device connection is not well. Anyway, we enjoyed the Wherigo .
  6. Firefox 1.5 now on Linux...fixed the tabs at the top (broke all of my symbolic links for my browser software...so now I have to fix everything to the new Firefox since 1.0.7 came with my school's flavor of FC2...). But the problem I bring to you now: My Gallery page does not display correctly. The 5th row of images is cut in half by the bottom border of the framing box around the profile. I'm not sure if this is because I have a handful of taller-than-wide images in the gallery or because of something else in the html.
