this battery will end any issues of running out of power, I had to constantly change batteries in this hungry unit. this battery last me 24 hrs of leaving the unit on. I bought 2 extra thinking I'll need them but I'm still using my first. this requires no modification of your unit, some other "big batteries" require removing the foam from the back cover, but not this, fits as if it was made for it. You can charge this battery though the unit as well, either hooked up to the computer or car adapter. this will end ever having to open the back cover again! photos can be sent to anyone interested, this is brand new still in the wrapper $15 shipped to Canada and the lower 48 paypal accepted

I ordered 2 of the motorola SNN5595B this is the larger of the 2 motorolas avail to fit this GPS. anyways I only need the one, the one battery has been in my GPS and left on overnight, so it provides me with more than enough power and the whole thing charges while it's plugged into my computer, no more changing batteries! I'm looking for $20 shipping in. I can email you a pic of that battery to prove that it's brand new. it's still in the package that was sent to me I accept paypal

your lucky I go through 3 sets per geocaching day, I'm using rechargeables (ni-mh) they're total junk they go the most 1/2 way on the battery status, maybe getting an hour of useful time, the backlight is on 1 min timer anyways thanks for the tip on the motorolas crossing over to fit this unit. there cheap enough to try from ebay I hate changing batteries in the middle of a hunt
