All my mailers are ready to be mailed. Looking forward to checking the mail for the next month or so! We're getting most of the coins we wanted except the one big oops where I transposed numbers, but it's not the end of the world

Jermrock III and I recieved an extra mission from a generous mystery Santa in Germany! I'll post photos of both of these wonderful gifts tonight or tomorrow

Grrr! Well, I'm already picking up replacement goodies for ya. I'll go get replacement yarn tomorrow (yes, one of your items is hand-knit!) and go find the pattern I used. Problem with Canada Post is that they're extremely slow and get mixed up eaisly - (so no sudden movements ) But they've usually come thru in the end..albeit very late Edited : to remove full on rant about Canada Post...

We scouted around, but came up empty Might look again after supper if someone else hasn't found it!

Jermrock III opened his Secret Santa package and was a little dissapointed that there wasn't really any christmasy gifts. I won't rehash everything that's been said, but I am glad that the children who recieved a similar package as their Secret Santa missions will be getting a Christmassy package as well! I hope that our other package arrives in a timely manner, If it doesn't we'll send another one Merry Christmas everyone! We're off to enjoy a supper of Horsderves (I think I spelled that right?) and a few beer while watching season one of the Thirsty Traveller

I have no willpower whatsoever when it comes to christmas I put our Christmas Trees up today

I ordered the set for the 2009 Compass rose coins that were just on preorder last month too and will probably only keep two of them (although not sure which two ) so the others will be available for trade

Both should get there in plenty of time for christmas, but I've heard that before from Canada Post.. So we'll be waiting anxiously to hear of their safe arrival!

Ahhh..snow...I just hope it holds off here until i'm finished my field work and back from vacation in Ottawa. We're still trapping invasive crabs in Basin Head, PEI and then i'm off to Ottawa towards the end of November for a week And then.... It's ALMOST CHRISTAMS

I started looking for holiday items for my potential secret santa missions already! It's too hard to resist with the christmas-y stuff out already..

Now I'm a little jelous - all those great coins! I can't wait for a year when I can attend! Last few years seems like something always comes up and I can't go
