Very helpful advice. It is a toss up between the 210 and the 400. I am leaning more to the 400 because of the lithium ion battery. Hoping it will go on sale at Canadian Tire. There is about at $ 50.00 difference between the 210 and the 400, but I think that I would save as much in battery costs over a period of time. Have never geocached so am looking forward to the adventure. Thanks for the suggestions.

Does anyone have any experience using the explorist? I am thinking of getting one- any suggestions?
