I bought a package of containers from Zellers and was surprised with all the tiny containers it held, I had no clue what to do with them untill I started Cacheing, I'm making two small caches and have enough boxes for several more. the biggest thing that could fit into one of these boxes is a hotweels car and a few other nicnacks I'm also thinking of a themed cache for pins I'll have to gather enough pins to start it. So I thinks size small would be a great option More to see, More to do

  5. you wear cargo pants and a fishing vest because you neeed all those pokets for spare batteries, goegoodies, printouts, spare ziplocks, flashlight,bags for trashing out, pencils, log books etc... you look at cell phone accerories and wonder will that work on my GPS you go to Cosco so you can pick up the super packs of batteies, and to see it they have any bulk toys More to see, More to do

  7. I just bought a set of Zellers brand lockes they come in all sorts of sizes quite a few are perfect Cace size The others I will use around the house I'm planning my fist cache and it will be in one of these lock boxes More to see, More to do

  9. I have a adjustable stick wich has a "foot" that can be removed inside is a pike. this is great for going down steep slopes I can jam it in and use it as a balance point. Plus any exsperanced hiker know that the ground that looks solid is not always so it can save you from a very dangerous fall by giving you warning of, Thin Ice, loose shale. overhangs etc More to see, More to do

The Rinos just became avaiable in Canada we don't have the GRMS but I love it all the same I find its accuracy increadble it lead me derectly to a cache, I was right above it and it said I was only a meter away. the radio is not that great but I already have several fRS anyway More to see, More to do

Thanks for the help I looked on that page but I oviosly overlooked it I already have a location in mind it's a bike path that not too many people know about and theres a great swamp along the route that has lots of wild birds in the summer I'm planning on hiding the cache near there but I will have to scout it out first before making my desion More to see, More to do
  13. Hi I just started today geocaching, I got my GPS yesterday, a Garmin Rino 120 love the little unit, it beeps a warning when I'm close to the Cache site. Found Two today had lots of fun Looking forward to finding many more Caches More to see, More to do
  14. ok I'm a newbie with only two finds under my belt. and I'm thinking of creating a cache I have the box goodies log book pecils and sharpener. and A idea of where to hide my cache but before I go looking for a location I want to add the welcome note to my cache, I have seen these in the caches I have found but I can't find a basic outline for the welcome note can I get a few sugestions for the note please More to see, More to do
  15. I just puchased a Garmin Rino 120 on Sat Jan 18 and have found two cahes with it so far. Its a GPS and FRS combined it's only a black and white screen the detales not great but I love it. Is there other Rino users out there? More to see, More to do
