  1. I have noticed that recently (between 22 and 28 June) the format of email notifications appear to have changed. Eg, whilst previously I got .............................................. (Traditional Cache) at 6/22/2008 Log Date: 6/22/2008 No one around today with all the rain. Grabbed the cache quickly and did my best to log it while avoiding drops of rain. No room for my coins, they'll have to go in the next cache. Thanks, R - B Visit this log entry at the below address: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?LU...a5-9376d53032a1 Visit Evacuate! The latter is much harder to make sense of and find the correct place to click your mouse. It could possibly depend on the mail program (I'm using Eudora), but something has obviously changed. If possible, it would be nice to return to the previous format.
  2. I see it's not the universal view, but I think the new maps are a vast improvement. The old maps were *completely useless* in Australia, and probably lots of other places as well. I guess it would be ideal if you could chose the maps you wanted.
  3. I have noticed the problem with creating bookmarks with Google Maps too. The feature is very handy, but unreliable at present. Hopefully it will improve. I find that like the previous user, bookmarks selected don't always make it to the bookmark list. I've even seen items dissapear from the bookmark list while trying to add more. Also, when you move to a different area of the map, the indiction that caches are already bookmarked also seems unreliable. Could these be browsers problems? I'm using Firefox. Additionally, like most others, apart from getting the bugs ironed out, the most useful thing would be for found caches to be filtered out. Rgds Steve
