I need some help with putting in the waypoint coordinates what ever i try they seem to lay in the indian ocean instead of holland . I enter them by pasting them from mapsource in ddd.ddddd when i enter it with a dot i get a error saying value invalid ranges 0-90 or something if i enter with a , it will accept but my waypoints are everywhere but on the right place What is the proven method to enter coordinates?

Thanks Ranger Fox. Some things are getting clear now. Trial and error it is. I will work on a simple program first that works and from there struggle on to my first published cartridge

Does anyone have a sample lua file so we can see whats inside? I've tried making a cartridge myself( a standard 3 stage multicache) but can't get it to work.

Ok, and can there be a "real" standard geocache at the final location? Does it have to be approved?

EDIT: liftof is delayed 24 hours From NASA: A problem with two Engine Cut Off (ECO) sensors has led to the scrub of STS-122's launch attempt on Thursday. Launch Commit Criteria (LCC) rules note at least 3 of 4 sensors must be in working order. Troubleshooting was in work ealier, but the recommendation to scrub - 24 hour - was taken shortly after.

Here in The netherlands the Dutch Geocoin fest event just finished. A very relaxed gathering of geocoinmaniacs. The event location was great. A nice restaurant in the centre of Holland surrounded by old forrests. Thers was also a sort of nordic-walking event taking place here. Well, now time to sort all the new coins out and activate them all and putting them in binders, phew there goes my free sunday Thanks everybody for organising this great event.

Mailing a geocoin in a bubble envelope from the Netherlands to outside Europe is € 1,78 (< 50 g) and € 2,67 for 50-100 grams (max 38x26,5x3,2cm/min 14x9cm) Mailing a parcel is € 4,70(0-250grams) to the states (bigger then 38,5x26,5x3,2cm/lighter then 2kg)
