Do you guys know if the batteries end up recharging in the unit when hooked up to cigarette lighter connection in the car. Thanks Parkview

I needed to look for a church that I needed to goto today. I figured that I would find it in my point of intrest menu of my Garmin Vista loaded with map software from Metroguide, but when I clicked on nearest then Manmade places (where church are located in point of intrest menu) I was suprised to see a bunch of grayed out items. I also went into other catigories to find out the same thing. I just want to make sure that its the Metroguide software that only puts in so much and not that I need to use some unlock code to get the rest of the items. Maybe Metroguide only gives you so much. I have a Vista and Mapsource Metroguide software. The other day I loaded 18 meg of map data wanting to stay under the 24 meg the Vista can handle. I went into the system setup menu to check for the amont of memory left. To my surpise it only said 7% used. I also have 125 waypoints in the thing. So I figure I can add more map data and I ended up highlighting more map areas (32 meg worth). The thing is within a couple seconds the computer comes up with an error telling me that the Vista cannot except that much megs. So my question is why is mapsource telling me that I'm downloading 18 meg (or however much), but my Vista shows so much less. Is there a way to download more. I do have the autorouting feature checked off on the mapsource software. Thanks for any help.
