Happy New Year to you all !!! Apparently my mission hasn't arrived yet. I'm very sorry about that. A few months ago I sent out three geocoins to the USA Two of them arrived at their destination within ten days and one took six weeks to get over the big pond. Therefore I will wait two more weeks and if my mission hasn't arrived by then, I will send a new one (after checking the address with Laval K-9).

Tomorrow it will be one month ago since I took my mission to the post office. I sure hope it has reached its destination by now...

Eigenlijk is de reviewer degene die je (in een reviewernote via de cache pagina) om extra uitleg moet vragen. Je verhaal lezende, vermoed ik, dat het om deze ARL gaat. Je zou dit kunnen ondervangen met auto-reply mails, waarbij na een juiste invoer van het antwoord op de vragen automatisch de volgende stage naar de verzender(s)wordt verzonden. Als je zoiets opzet, informeer dan even van te voren, bij de reviewer of de manier waarop je dit doet wel mag.

Reviewers zijn niet verplicht om deze forums te lezen en er is geen enkele garantie wanneer en of zij dit lezen. Ook het hoofdkwartier leest hier niet. Het is daarom niet handig om je boodschap hier neer te zetten. Indien je er met de reviewer niet uitkomt is het beter om bezwaren in een mail naar het hoofdkwartier te uiteen te zetten of (in geval van events/caches onder review) een appeal te schrijven.

Het is nadrukkelijk niet de bedoeling om het oplossen van puzzel-caches te bespreken door deze met naam en GC nummer te noemen op een openbaar forum. Dat is niet de intentie van de maker van de cache en het benoemen van oplossingen die direct aan een cache kunnen worden gekoppeld is in strijd met de terms of use. Algemene methodes aanreiken, die bij het puzzelen behulpzaam kunnen zijn, is wel toegestaan en nog raadzamer is het om de maker van de puzzel een mailtje te sturen wanneer u er niet uitkomt.

Wanneer een verzoek om samen te gaan geocachen al wat langer geleden is gepost in dit forum, dan is het niet ondenkbaar dat degene die het schreef niet (vaak) meer in het topic leest. Het is dan waarschijnlijk wat effectiever om een persoonlijk bericht te sturen wanneer je graag contact wilt. Links in de kantlijn staat de naam van de geocacher die het bericht schreef. Klik op die naam en je komt uit bij het profiel van het spelersaccount. Daar vindt je ook de mogelijkheden om een boodschap of email te sturen.

We apologize for any offense this promotion has caused you or any others in the community. It was certainly not our intent to upset anyone. Die lezen hier niet allemaal en het is ook maar de vraag of ze hier regelmatig komen. Ga via het gegeven linkje (op de pagina) even terug naar de oude pagina. Misschien lukt het dan wel.

Het splitsen of kopiëren (of samenvoegen) van accounts is niet mogelijk. Eén van jullie kan het oude account houden (en eventueel een andere naam geven). De ander zal een nieuw account aan moeten maken en kan daarop alle caches opnieuw loggen (dit kan ook bij gearchiveerde caches) Zet dan wel, voor de duidelijkheid, in je log dat je onder een andere teamnaam de cache eerder hebt bezocht.
