  1. If you dont get any where talking to the staff. Hold a CITO Event and then tell the park staff what you did. GeoBond007
  2. While reading this post I got to thinking, which makes my head hurt. While I do cito and do my part I never write in my log or the log book. So from now I'm going to write it in the log book and then in my find post which will hopeful get people thinking about it. GeoBond007
  3. If ya want real simple I have a palm 100($25.00) at Amazon last time I checked at Christmas. But is monochrome 2MB of memory and runs on 2 AAA. I have a premium membership to get PQ's. I have cachemate $7(smittyware.com) cool program that allows you to store your PQ's. I have 400 waypoints on the palm now can't remember the size it takes up. But with sync up its fast and the yellow only hold 500 waypoints so that's all I need. GeoBond007
  4. Thats when you need a camera GeoBond007
  5. What's the website?? Thanks! Humm you can get business cards done or do them yourself then go to a office supply store and buy magnet backs and apply them yourself. You would save lots of money. GeoBond007
  6. To make it simple for the graphics part you can use any image program. I use Photoshop but I'm sure you could use MS paint (which should come with the MS OS) then for the layout of cards and such you can use Word. GeoBond007
  7. To answer your other question about uploading to the gps. Use the same GPX file and use EasyGPS(free). Import the GPX into EasyGPS and then upload to your GPS. You will of course need the cable to connect the GPS to your computer. I use a Garmin yellow so I know Gramins will work I think the maggys work but snice I dont own one dont know for sure. 8. Like Corp Of Discovery said about begin a preminum member apply's. GpsSonar runs on pocket pc's(which are windows based pda). I have a palm 105 real basic and I use Cachmate ($7.00). It listes everything you need to know about the cache and fits into my pocket. GeoBond007
  9. In cache mate you can either list as name or waypoint number. Its listed and changed under options. GeoBond007
  10. There are several cachers that make free readers and others change a small amount. Go to cachgear.com for a complete overview of the programs. I have a palm so I use cachmate a whopping $7 but well worth it. GeoBond007

  16. I dont get them but have gotten what looks to be pop up ads. They are not ,internet companys are using a windows messaging tool to use over networks. There was a artical about Ms turning this off on install and you would have to enable it if you wanted it. So if you using 2k or xp go into run and type services.msc and disable windows messageing. Hope this helps GeoBond007 Texas Geocaching

  25. You cant , it doesn't allow for downloading of waypoints. some people are working on 3th party software to do this but Garmin hasn't addressed the issue yet.
