  2. That's cool that you included the pictures in the cache description page. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  3. Here is a picture of my little caching buddies on a virtual by Dad and the Dynamic Duo. <br> Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  4. quote:In case you were thinking, so he was grumpy for a moment...no, he is grumpy whenever geocaching is mentioned. That doesn't look like Greenback. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  5. Sounds like a great event and a lot of fun. I'm planning on attending with other geo-buddies. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  6. quote:We took the talking watch and the candy, and left a handful of penis bones from fox and coyote. (cleaned and sanitized, of course) A talking watch for penis bones. Would this be considered trading up? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  7. I had a cache plundered and the muggle took everything out of the 5L Rubbermaid, including the logbook. He left the cache container after leaving his personal artistic touch. I’d post the pictures here, but I’m sure it wouldn’t go over well with the mods. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

  9. quote:Originally posted by The Leprechauns:OK, using GeoFool's method, my caches per days cached comes out to 3.14, which only goes to show that geocaching is as easy as pi. But I hasten to note that a fair number of my finds occurred with a kid tagging along. No jogging, no TNLN and dash off to the next cache. For that I should be able to fudge my CPDC by a challenge factor of 1.25. And I live where it snows a lot, that's worth another .25. And Pittsburgh is less cache-dense than, say, Chicago. Adjust another .25 for density equalization. Finally, I have a full time job, and I should be able to adjust .25 for that, too. I therefore arrive at an equalized geocaching challenge factor of 2.0, resulting in a 6.28 adjusted CPDC score (before weighting for difficulty and terrain, of course). _Numbers are like apples and oranges._ Leprechaun, you didn’t by chance work under Kenneth Lay, did you? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  10. Returning to your regular scheduled eight word programming. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  11. There is nothing we won't try, Never heard the word impossible. This time there's no stopping us. We're gonna do it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  12. Nothin's gonna turn us back now, Straight ahead and on the track now. We're gonna make our dreams come true, Doin' it our way. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  13. Hard to believe there was no damage by the sound of that thud. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  14. Give us any chance, we'll take it. Give us any rule, we'll break it. We're gonna make our dreams come true. Doin' it our way. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

  17. quote:Originally posted by RainbowCache:Thanks "GF"... Kinda like a MOTHERSHIP! Right? Should there be a distance restriction on it? Unlike Spyder's (in Chicago), we are cache-less around here. Say a one county radius from the Mother Cache. And BTW, GO BRAVES...Series tied 1-1...couldn't resist and wouldn't (didn't) go there after the 1st game! (and if not the Native Americans Georgian then the wee Ursus Chicagus) You can add any restrictions you want. I wouldn’t want to discourage anyone from placing a cache so I wouldn’t put any restrictions. Just follow gc.com’s guidelines. The Cubs had a good chance of blowing that game wide open in the 1st. They didn’t take advantage of it. It came back to haunt them. Now it’s time for the Brave’s to come to the “Friendly Confines”. Should be a great pitching duel. GO CUBS!!!!! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  18. quote:Originally posted by Shark River Funny thing was the guy they interviewed came up cacheless trying to find a cache in Central Park while on tv. Who was the geocacher? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  19. quote:Originally posted by RainbowCache:There is ONE (not counting my own) within 20 miles of my home. And it is a multi that takes you 26 miles further away! Wow, that's not good. What you can do to try and raise cache population is start a seed cache similar to this one.>>Spyders Seed Cache Sometimes people need a little incentive to start hiding caches. When they realize how much fun it is to hide them too, they'll hide even more. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  20. I hate to cut this short… But I have to go and... Watch the cubs kick some serious... Booty on the Atlanta Braves now... Chat with you all later on.. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
  21. Snoogans...how the heck are ya? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

  25. Once you get the GPSr and a PDA out of the way, it’s a fairly inexpensive activity. All your looking at for expenses after this is gas money, cache containers, and trinkets. I did like Brian Snat a bought a laminator too. All in all, I have about $600~$700 invested. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
