  1. I am waiting until I see you on America's Most Wanted and then I will collect on the reward money. lol
  2. That cartoon is making it's way around on the weekend, it was also spotted in a paper in Ontario Canada.
  3. Hey that looks like the kind of luck I have.
  4. Today I received my red flip a phone. My daughter is going to be so excited when she see's it.
  5. We visited an amusement park a couple weeks ago and for a few hours of fun it cost $110.00 plus food and snacks. Needless to say it was an expensive afternoon.
  6. It doesn't take long to get hooked. lol Even when you aren't caching you still find the "perfect" spot to hide a cache. Happy Caching.
  7. They are the same thing, perhaps it's just a way for them to identify if someone is ordering just 1 or several. On the Groundspeak site it lists them as Travel Bug for hitchhikers.
  8. you may want to host a meet & greet event at a local restaurant and from that you can see if there is any interest.
  9. Love the idea - do you have a vision and then take it to someone who does coins and then they roll with it. I'll be at work when the second set comes out so I will have to set my timer. lol
  10. I wish it was my birthday - These are all great ideas.

    GEOCACHING

Thanks for the info geode hunter. Wouldn't it be fun to print one off in another language and put it in the cache.
  12. It's been a while since there was conversation about Canadian distributors. Since geocaching is growing there seemed to be a need for more Canadian stores especially in Ontario. cacherstoybox.ca was created. The place that greywynd was referring to was Agnew's General Store in the heart of Geocaching Capital of Canada. If you are in the area stop by and make sure you look up "Sticky Moose".
  13. So far I have been lucky - no scary experiences, but my brother is a different story. They were on vacation in Florida and they were doing some caching in a rental car. They were doing a multi that involved a stretch on the same road, my sister in law was driving and my brother was doing the leg work. Driving down the freeway they were pulled over by 2 police. She was asked to get out of their vehicle come back to the police car and on my brothers side the police had his gun drawn. They were lucky because the one guy knew about geocaching. My sister in law hasn't shared this story with anyone yet. lol
  14. Good luck with the event this upcoming weekend.
  15. My sister in law told my brother & I about geocaching (we both grew up in the geocaching capital of Canada). He jumped on board quickly because he had a GPS. My husband felt sorry for me because I had to tag along with my brother when he went out, so he bought me one of my very own.
  16. At geowoodstock were all the events held at the same spot and were there scheduled events happening all day?
  17. I received my mini ammo boxes. I can't wait to hide a few of them and see how many cachers find them. lol
  18. I just added a cool new cache container. Don't worry I won't make a post everytime I add something. lol Thanks to everyone who checked out my site, who sent me emails and also thank you to those who placed orders. Happy Caching!
  19. I think the numbers are possible wherever an event is organized as long as you have the right people organizing.
  20. Is Rendez-vous Quebec the same time each year?
  21. I think what this means is that the group "OGPSTH" will no longer be placing caches. I looked up that user name and they've hid over 300 caches. It sounds like they are going to be focusing on educating others.
  22. Thanks Cowboneneck - that is exactly what I was thinking.
