  1. Hello I'm doing st cuthberts way in a couple of weeks time. I've started a bookmarked list based on a google earth kmz and the geocaching google earth viewer, feel free to use it. Should be able to find if in bookmarked list I've marked it as shared Thanks Jonnyt

  4. i! would it be GC2028P "all about the image" ? :-)
  5. looks like a good excuse for a friday night in ripon (suspect it may involve staying over, a few beers and a walk the next day as well) and i do need to visit the 16th century pub, it was on the list, when i'm down there soon :-)
  6. In a pondering moment, what has surprised me is the number of virtuals at the top of the favourite lists. From my home location if i search 10, 20, 40 miles the "biggest" favourite is always a virtual (and yes they are different ones) indeed the 40 mile search has 6 virtuals and an earth cache in the top 10 (there are 1892 in total so lots to choose from), the top 4 are 3 virts and the earth cache. not sure what it shows, may be more people do virtuals, may be they have been round a while so they have more chance of being remembered, may be that actually it doesnt really matter one jot as long as people enjoy it and may be i need to get to ripon at 9pm to enjoy the top rated one
  7. Thanks from me as well dave, it was an excellent site. I have a number of uk counties where I have enjoyed working out which cache to visit to join up the uk county map. Much appreciated. Jonnyt
  8. thanks i'll ask one of the reviewers to see.
  9. Can you help ? Is is possible to change an existing cache from multi to single. I have a cache where i originally did it as multi to give a point where a box could be placed rather than putting out more nanos. However the placement has proved less than ideal recently so i decided to convert to a nano and put it at the original location of the multi (with a clear conscience as my recent caches have all been non-nano) Ive updated it all but cant seem to edit the type and so it still shows as a multi - can this be changed ? thanks JonnyT
  10. I plan on going to humberside next weekend to colour part of my geo-map. Any recommendations on a good place to cache, preferably rural ? thanks jonnyt
