I found a cache once but had mislabled the name of the cache in my GPS. As a result, I logged my find against "Beware of High Tide", when I'd actually been to "Water Tower". I was tipped off when I'd been reading the other logs and couldn't figure out why people were talking about being on the wrong side of the water. There was no side to speak of. It took me a few months to come to the conclusion and I fixed my log. But it was embarassing.
