on sat the 22nd of sept I did something similar. early in the morning i planted a micro with an engagement ring in it in a bush under an overlook 150 ft above and overlooking Lake Michigan. Then I went to a cito event. After that i picked her up and we went to the state park near muskegon michigan and followed the pretty red arrow to the waypoint that i marked earlier when i hid the "cache". i told here there was a real cache there and let her find it. She was very happy to find the micro and the look on her face when she opened it up was priceless!!! She said "theres a ring in here" She poured the ring onto the palm of her hand and thats when she realized it was a real ring and not some toy that someone had left before. Her jaw dropped, she had no idea this was going to happen, and thats when i took the ring out of the palm of her and and got on a knee and asked her to marry me. She said yes right away (thanks naomi for not leaving me hanging) and was almost speechless for the next hour. The tears welling up in her eyes said it all. She didn't have to say a word. June 21 2008 is the big day. Seeing the joy in her eyes when i asked her to marry me made me the happiest man in the world.

Also my caches are not hiden in bushes. Use that as a hint for finding them if you like.

I use a gps and average waypoints just like anyone else. Super Flys cords (one of the other hiders in question) have never been off for me yet either and I have not heard of anyone complain of them yet except the op. Again, my cords are NEVER off. Never.

Why do you feel the need to complain about fishing0023's Super Flys and my caches. STOP CRYING!!!!!!!!!! If you dont like them then dont do them. its not like we are taking up tons of valuable caching space. Grand Rapids Michigan is a HUGE city that has tons of places to hide caches. If you think that our caches have been too hard thats tough. Our caches aren't meant to be found by everyone. they are physically and mentally demanding and some people like those.

They are getting good reviews from the cachers. I do like a nice stroll through a park to find an ammo box but sometimes a good physical challenge is what I need.

I think that we should ban all animals from parks that dig holes to live in or store food like squirrels. They shouldn't be permitted either because they also can destroy the park.

I'm offended by people who get offended to easily. Does that mean that Im offended by myself???

I dont visit alot of web sites but this is the only one that I use that is messed up on a consistant basis.

I have recently placed some caches a bit on the tough side. I know that some people have added them to their ignore list which is OK because not all caches are able or intended to be completed by everyone. Just wondering who out there has caches that you know people ignore because of tough terrain or overall difficulty??? Links would be nice if youve got em. All you cache owners with toughies, this is your thread to shine.
