How do you tell what version of the firmware you have on your GPS HCx?

Is there some function available which I am not aware of to print an info sheet from a bookmark list which would include: Cache name, coordinates and Description information? I have been copying coordinate and description info in my bookmark entries and then printing the list for reference when we go out hunting. Wondering if there is an easier way to the print off this reference information. Thanks... -Nar
