Hi, I'm very new to this and not sure if I'm posting in the right place, please bear with me. I went to look for a nearby cache today. It had 'giveaway hints'. The cache should have been under some bushes, but they've all been cut away, presumably by the council. Cache nowhere to be found. What's the correct protocol please? Thanks for your help.
