It's really up to him. A cacher is supposed to sign the log book on order to claim the find. I'm sure some sticklers are going to have an issue with it if he logs them, but I think most won't. You may want to recommend that he write something like "I found this cache with ethanbl at that time I didn't have a GC account" and then whatever he wants to say about the find.

It's not a slowdown of hides. Our usual reviewer hasn't been active so another is working in his or her place. No one knows if this is a permanent switch or just a temporary situation. My little circle of friends are sure wondering what's going on so I'm sure others are too. The caches are out there we're just patiently waiting for them to be approved.

I just downloaded and installed Firefox and so far it's working. I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

I'm having the same problems. It's making me crazy. I finally emailed Groundspeak yesterday about it. Hopefully they fix it soon. I use Vista with IE.
