  1. I have not heard of a socket leaf either.
  2. Not the coolest but my best camo job so far. Once my CCC (not the ammo cans) has been approved published and has a few finds I'll take a pic of it in the wild.
  3. So it's all painted and ready to go. Here's a picture of some of the initial swag. Let me know what you think. -Tom
  4. You were already referred here: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=62421 that is about the only thing I found. If you search for camo you will find some nice caches as well.
  5. Here the largest I have found are pretzel jars I have it all painted and ready to go just wanted clarification on size. Compared to what I find here It's large, but Regular is what I'll list it as. Thanks -Tom
  6. I have an ammo box that is described as " 60MM Ammo Can. Also known as the "Tall 50" looks and opens just like a standard 50 cal can but is much taller. Measures 16"x 11"x 6" " I know the sizes are: Micro (e.g. 35mm Film Canister) Small (holds logbook and small items) Regular (Rubbermaid, ammo box) Large (5 gallon bucket) Would you consider it a regular or large?
  7. I was late to work reading this thread. I read the whole thing. I cant wait for the spirit TB to get to Ohio.
  8. I cant believe the crap they bring into their nest.
  9. Can you imagine the look on his face when he sees an overweight 6'1" man in a turkey suit walking around going "Gobble gobble I'm a turkey!" That would be priceless! Can you imagine the look on his face when he realizes that the turkey that he just shot was 'closer than he appeared'? It would be something like this on Thanksgiving:
  10. I agree! Eventually he will probably get tired of deleting it and let it stay. You guys are missing the fact that the OP didn't sign the log. Personally, I can't imagine why the OP would expect his found log not to be deleted. The OP would have signed the log if the cache had not fallen to its demise. If he had it in hand and it fell, I'd consider that a find. He offered to replace it and I'm sure he would have signed the log when it was replaced. I have heard numerous people say "It's about the hunt" and "Play how you want" well I would have logged the find if I was in that situation. I looked at the cache page and it had a picture of the cache so if I was sure thats what I found then I would have logged it.

  13. I haven't done any puzzle caches yet, but I am curious to see what everyones favorite puzzle is.
  14. You know you're NOT addicted to geocaching when....... .....you have no clue what geocaching is. End of list.
  15. This is what I was doing, now I have cachemate. I just need my PM and I'll be caching like there's no tomorrow.
  16. They would just not get published. I think GS has spoken by archiving the OPs cache.
  17. I would assume that this cache should be archived or something to me a city water tank would fall under this guideline: I could see that being a terrorist target.
