Cyclepath Cacher

Garmin has just come out with the "Montana". Check it out at the Garmin site.

Yesterday while out caching, my unit crashed and is not working. I thought it was the batteries, but when I changed them it only got as far as the startup screen. When I got home I plugged it into the PC and the same problem. I've sent emails to Garmin, but have had no replies so far. I've checked for updates and tried everything I can think of. Has anyone had this happen to them, and if so what was the outcome?
