I just noticed that another geocacher moved my trackable to their collection. What does this mean?

Okay, thank you everyone. I appreciate the guidance. I have started to finally carry new logs in my bag and put in a new one if there is room. I have had a log deleted because of a found cache where the log and cap was gone, and the CO deleted it because nobody wanted to replace the container, didnt know I should carry spare containers (i was the second to find it like this and didnt have anything that would work with me). Just seemed as though the ones around me would rather archive a cache rather than maintain it. I guess thats what happens when the CO has 1000's of hides

I have been searching without luck for a while on what to do with a log that is destroyed/too wet to sign/full. I have been to a few caches where these have been issues and am not aware of the protocol. Can someone offer a little guidance (besides leaving a note on the cache, unless thats the protocol). Thank you.

Touching. I have learned that this hobby takes me places that I would have never seen and have met people would have never met. I hope to keep these friends and look back on these memories with a smile, knowing that I have done more than I would have.
