My name is Bob McEowen. I'm an editor at Rural Missouri, the statewide publication of Missouri's electric co-ops (www.ruralmissouri.coop).
I'm interested in doing a feature story about geo-caching and am seeking sources. I would like to hear from a few residents of rural parts of Missouri who are involved in this hobby. From these contacts I hope to select two or three people/families to interview and possibly photograph while they trek around looking for sites.
If you would like to be considered for this article please send me an e-mail at bmceowen@ruralmissouri.coop or bmceowen@amec.org. Please don't respond to me via this board because I probably won't see it. Please e-mail me.
It would be helpful if you could tell me a little about yourself. At the very least I'd like to know:
* Your name,
* where you live, (if you're a member of an electric co-op in Missouri you might mention that)
* how long you've been active in geo-caching,
* how seriously you pursue it (i.e. how often),
* how best to contact you -- e-mail or phone -- and the best time to reach you,
Also if you care to tell me a little about why you do it and what you enjoy about it, that would be great. Also if you could suggest some really interesting or unique sites you think I should know about in rural Missouri I'd appreciate that too . . .
Thanks for all who help.
