This is the first coin in a series with Norwegian attractions as the main theme. The front is a reproduction of the rose window found in the west front of the cathedral, the colors are transparent imitation hard enamel with some structures underneath. The back of the coin shows the west front in 3D. The coins will be trackable on geocaching.com and the wording and tracking numbers are placed on the edge of the coins. The Nidaros Cathedral considered to be one of the most most significant attractions of Norway,. It was the cathedral of the Norwegian archdiocese, established in 1152. Since the Reformation, it has been the cathedral of the Lutheran bishops of Trondheim or Nidaros. The architectural style of the cathedral is Romanesque and gothic. Antique nickel and Antique gold. My AI can create transparent backgrounds, but i tried it and it looked even worse maybe I stick to the psychedelics.... When it comes to the transparent/pms matching I did not even try. I don't have much experience with transparency and I guess the colors will be under influence of the finishes and the gritty. The samples will probably reveal this

Psychadelic is probably not what I'm looking for, The coins are supposed to be the first of a "Norwegian Attractions" series, we norwegian have been known to produce some insanely priced coins. and I hope this series could be an alternative. I dont have the samples yet so I only have the "mint" art to show you.

Thanks for your opinions, I have a couple of weeks to decide and will try to figure out something. But in 16x16 this icon looks like a total mess.

We are waiting for sample coins on a new design, and are trying to make a icon for the coin. I cant believe how hard it is to make something in 32x32 pixels, how do you people do it? I use Adobe illustrator for designing coins, and I used some of the design in the coin to make the icon. But i really think I have to find another way.
