We like to hide, but it is getting pretty saturated around here. We have been looking for a second one to hide for a while. So we just keep finding instead.

As J-way already mentioned, there is already a cache across America series. A pretty cool idea!

The cool thing aout geocaching is that there are so many different facets. Some people want to be the first to find. Some people are into travel bugs and geocoins. Some are into big numbers of finds. I know people who have tried to find 100 caches in a day! I like finding interesting locations with history or views. I guess the micros are for people who like high numbers. I am glad they are there for them. My personal cache is an easy find. I placed it there near a coffee house that has the best coffee I have ever had. I don't advertise the place, but I hope pople are in the area and decide to try a cup. It is a mindless easy find though. If you like coffee it is a treasure. I like your thoughts about micos, but they serve a purpose.

I completed the survey. Interesting questions. It kind of made us think about some of the things we learned while geocaching. Thanks for the survey TFTS

Thanks, the Garmin geocache page worked for me. I still like doing int the slower way through Mapsource though. It is easier to add notes and parking coordinates. I don't know why the plugin works at Garmin, but not the geocache web site.

Yepper, everything checks out on the test page. I reloaded the USB drivers and the plug in to make sure. I only have the Mapsource that came with the Legend CS and it does not have an unlock code. I have to click the "send to GPS" button three times before I get the error message. I guess it isn't a huge deal as I can save the caches to the mapsource and then transfer the files, I was just kind of thrilled to see I could download directly.

I click on the button a second time and get the error message that the plug in did not unlock properly. Any ideas?
