On the "Map" tab of mapsource, look down bottom left: make sure you've ticked the box "Include route calculation data. (Recommended...)". It's Essentail, not Recommended!

Are the free Topo maps you refer to the SMC ones? I use them all the time, but they're not perfect, particularly near sheer cliff faces. eg Mahlam Cove: SMC topo... Garmin topo... I might consider Garmin Topos if they were reasonably priced, but at £300 they're aren't, so I won't!

Ver 4.04 beta Haven't uploaded this yet, but it appears you can now display British Grid/OSGB36 and dd mm.mmm/WGS84 simultaneously. Previously the same datum was applied to both fields. *** Now tested and it works! You can have WGS84 dd mm.mmm coords displayed on the same screen as the grid ref corresponding to OS maps. ***

There's also one close by the micro part of GCJT3D. But you'd need to contact me in advance for the SSID and WEP key

With both the Beta and FInal versions 6.5 I keep getting a pop-up asking me to downlaod this file: http://www.gsak.net/images/gsdata.bin I'm using "Download Accelerator Plus" ver 4.0.0.2 What should I do with the file if/when downlaoded?
