My trackable was dropped off at an event (GCAFCZA). The event has now been archived. What happens to the trackables? (mine is one of four)

A geocacher with 3 finds picked up my one and only trackable over a year ago and hasn't moved it on. Although I've made two attempts to contact them, I've been unsuccessful in getting a response . What else can I possibly do...

Hi guys, not sure if this is the correct place to post this problem, but I've haven't been able to set my home co-ordinates under "My Account" due to constant errors on the page. Can anyone help?
