there is a new drink coming it will be the only sugar free, calorie free sports drink on the market. It is just a small company starting in Florida,,,stock symbol is CPLY,,,and it was at .08 cents a couple weeks ago and went up to .54 and is now about .40....just if anyone wants to look at it for an investment. It is called Champion Lyte and will be in different flavors with all the minerals and electrolytes but without the calories of other sports drinks. Will be marketed in Florida first and then move across the country as they sign regional bottling contracts. I think it will be a big winner. Exploring the world,,,one Cache at a time !!!!!

Our shortest is about 3 miles,,,our longest was over Thanksgiving last fall, went about 225 miles to cache the land between the lakes area in Kentucky. Exploring the world,,,one Cache at a time !!!!!

Yep, i ride, Have for 30+ years. Have had about all the bikes you can name, from dirt bikes to road hogs. I currently have two. I use my 99 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electraglide for the longer road rides, and my "old" 97 1100 Honda Shadow "ace" for the shorter ones. This old dog(48) will never quit riding. Yes,,, it is a great way to get away. Last fall, over Thanksgiving Team Madapple went on a short vacation where all we did was relax and Geocache, it was one of the best times we have had as a family vacation. I have been on part of it. It is quite a undertaking to do the whole trail. I have met people that have done it and it was always a great experience. I have also talked to people that have done 1/2 in a summer then the other 1/2 the next summer, due to time. Planning is key to doing this trek. READ< READ< READ< if you are going to try. Have fun. Go on Outpost.com and look at the Magellan Meridian. They have the "yellow" for $99.00 and the "green" for a little more. This is a great price for these units. The Indiana Department Of Natural Resources will be "forced due to budget cuts" to provide only the above restroom facilities in any of it's new construction at all of our State Parks. Do yourself a favor and keep a couple hundred for gas money and buy one of the Meridians for $99.00 on Outpost.com......you will find that the compass won't be used that much,,as well as some of the other features of the more expensive models, and you have memory expantion capabilities. If you are going to spend 100 bucks on a unit, look at the Meridians on Outpost.com,,,they are a great bargan now and have the slot for the SD card for more memory....More bang for the buck than a basic e-trex. Exploring the world,,,one Cache at a time !!!!!

I agree with the crowd here. Just use a little common sence and it will be OK. My son(13) and I often trade pocketknives in caches. He really enjoys trading them. Adults should be adult enough to supervise your children with sharp objects. Exploring the world,,,one Cache at a time !!!!!
